MNKRentals act as the advertising agent for the property owners for all properties advertised on our website. The accommodation advertised on this site is not the ownership of MNKRentals Ltd and is on a short term holiday let basis only and this is confirmed in booking confirmation when resevration is made.

To reserve a property a 20% non-refundable deposit has to to be paid to MNK Rentals on time of booking with the remaining 80% balance to be paid six weeks before arrival.

If the dates for your holiday fall inside the six-week period MNK Rentals would request that 100% of the holiday balance is paid on booking confirmation. In the event of cancellation, a criteria on refund is applied, which is based on the number of days prior to your arrival date which can be read below.

No Reservation or Enquiry sent through the site is a confirmed booking until you have received contact back from MNK Rentals Ltd with details of availability/price and booking confirmation for the property required. Please do not book travel arrangements until the property has been confirmed by MNK Rentals ltd. If you do MNK Rentals ltd can not be held responsible.

On receipt of deposit payment MNK Rentals will confirm to you deposit has been paid and reservation confirmed. MNK Rentals will continue the booking process with you through to your arrival and to confirm MNK Rentals are available for contact at any time throughout the booking process please do not hesitate to contact us.

MNK Rentals are flexible if dates are to be changed providing that the preferred accommodation is available, in the event of it not being available we would provide you with other available accommodation from the website for you to choose from at this deposit stage.

Completion of payment for a property on this site you are confirming your agreement to MNK Rentals Ltd terms and conditions.

We do ask that the persons booking the accommodation treat the property as if it was their own as the properties are privately owned and any damage will be the responsibility of the persons using the accommodation via this site.

We don't request a security deposit, but we do trust you to report any breakages or damage to our local agents / housekeepers on location. You will be required to pay for any repairs or replacements as necessary.

The contents of the site should not be modified or removed unless witten confirmation has been received by MNK Rentals

It is forbidden to affect this website with virus or other harmful actions that would result in loss of online time for MNK Rentals

MNK Rentals accept no liability for any errors,omissions,misunderstandings or claims made from a booking or arrangement with this site

MNK Rentals cannot guarantee the number of enquiries any individual property/classified advert or listing may receive

The use of the site does not require you to disclose personal information about yourself

Property advertisements have a google map attatched for guidance only. This map should only be used as a general indicator as to the proximty of the property. Please do not refer to this as exact.

On properties where MNKRentals are not the appointed representative, all contact, booking conditions & payments will be dealt with directly by the property contact for that advertisement

If in the unlikely event there is a change in circumstance to a property made by a property owner on this site. MNK Rentals accept no liability for this action but will endeavour to assist in finding other suitable accommodation from the site for your stay.

The Gas/Electrical fittings, equipment and services offered by a rental property and complex advertised on this site have not been installed,serviced or tested by the advertisement agency MNK Rentals Ltd and therfore MNK Rentals Ltd accept no responsibility or liability. Travel Insurance is essential and you should always ensure that you get adequate cover from a reputable supplier.
