Terms & Conditions
MNKRentals act as the advertising agent for the property owners for all properties advertised on our website. The accommodation advertised on this site is not owned by MNKRentals and is on a short term holiday let basis only and this is confirmed in booking confirmation.
Payment can be made by personal cheque or bank transfer; we also accept all major cards, all card transaction are billed and converted to your local currency by the card issuer at their prevailing rate.
Please note that there is a 2% transaction charge on all credit card payments.
To reserve a property a 15% non-refundable deposit has to to be paid to MNK Rentals on time of booking with the remaining 85% balance to be paid six weeks before arrival.
If the dates for your holiday fall inside the six-week period MNK Rentals would request that 100% of the holiday balance is paid on booking confirmation. In the event of cancellation, a criteria on refund is applied, which is based on the number of days prior to your arrival date which can be read below.
On receipt of deposit payment MNK Rentals will confirm to you deposit has been paid and reservation confirmed. MNK Rentals will continue the booking process with you through to your arrival and to confirm MNK Rentals are available for contact at any time throughout the booking process please do not hesitate to contact us.
The table below details the percentage of refund returned.

The criteria is based on the number of days due to arrival when notification has been received by us via e-mail.
MNK Rentals are flexible if dates are to be changed providing that the preferred accommodation is available, in the event of it not being available we would provide you with other available accommodation from the website for you to choose from at this deposit stage.
On confirmation of deposit payment you are confirming your agreement to our terms and conditions.
We do ask that the persons booking the accommodation treat the property as if it was their own as our properties are privately owned and any damage will be the responsibility of the persons using the accommodation via MNK Rentals
We don't request a security deposit, but we do trust you to report any breakages or damage to our local agents / housekeepers on location. You will be required to pay for any repairs or replacements as necessary.
The contents of the site should not be modified or removed unless witten confirmation has been received by MNK Rentals
It is forbidden to affect this website with virus or other harmful actions that would result in loss of online time for MNK Rentals
MNK Rentals accept no liability for any errors,omissions,misunderstandings or claims made from a booking or arrangement with this site
MNK Rentals cannot guarantee the number of enquiries any individual property/classified advert or listing may receive
The use of the site does not require you to disclose personal information about yourself
