Inside the Las Terrazas property you have a good sized lounge with comfortable seating and also a seperate dining are to comfortably seat 4. There are patio windows which lead out on to a large private balcony with views of the surrounding area. Patio furniture allows you to enjoy leisurely afternoons soaking up the sunshine on the loungers and dining "al fresco" on the table and chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed and you have access to the balcony from the bedroom. Fitted wardrobes allow you lots of space for storage. There is an en-suite bathroom complete with bath and shower. The twin bedroom again has fitted wardrobes and just next door a bathroom with walk in shower. Less than a 5 min drive from the property is the resort of Elviria with its many bars/restaurants and the world famous Nikki Beach which is an exclusive beach club open to the public and is frequented by many celebrities. A 10 minute drive from the property you reach the bustling port of Cabopino. There are some excellent restaurants here which cater for all different tastes and some lovely bars where you can order a jug of sangria and just watch the world pass by. The beach area is fantastic with miles upon miles of golden sands dotted with beach bars serving fresh fish, snacks and beverages. You can hire sun loungers at most of the beach bars which are very cheap and there is an excellent array of watersports to tempt you from jet-sking, snorkelling to paragliding! Marbella is a 15 min drive away which is excellent for shopping and has a beatiful 3km promenade and beach area with some great restaurants and beach bars. The infamous Puerto Banus is just a 20 min drive away with its designer shops, beautiful marina and is a great place to sit in one of the many restaurants and maybe spot a celebrity or two ! La Cala village is less than a 15 min drive away which is a wonderful place with its blue flag beaches and laid back atmosphere. Mijas Pueblo is a must see as it is a beautiful white washed village up in the mountains with amazing views and lovely restaurants. A trip around the village by donkey is optional ! |
