The large kitchen is fully fitted with a central island preparation area, also a microwave, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher etc. There is a separate utility area housing the washing machine and tumble dryer. Also off the kitchen there is a large conservatory with dining table and chairs to seat 8 and further lounge area.
On this level you also have a double bedroom with access onto the patio together with its own full bathroom with bath and shower.
Upstairs you have 2 double bedrooms with king size beds, complete with fitted wardrobes, mirrors and drawers. There is also a further twin bedroom with single beds. Calahonda is a favourite destination for many holidaymakers. It has a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes including internet cafes. Calahonda has it's own medical centre, sports complexes and tennis club, a picturesque marina at Cabopino, two golf courses and a lovely beach area.

There are numerous attractions for children along this coast which include water parks at Torremolinos and Fuengirola, Go-Kart tracks, Amusement parks, Sea Life Centre, Zoo in Fuengirola, Mini Golf, horseriding plus lots, lots more !

Less than a 10 minute drive from the property you reach the bustling port of Cabopino. There are some excellent restaurants here which cater for all different tastes and some lovely bars where you can order a jug of sangria and just watch the world pass by.

The beach area is fantastic with miles upon miles of golden sands dotted with beach bars serving fresh fish, snacks and beverages. You can hire sun loungers at most of the beach bars which are very cheap and there is an excellent array of watersports to tempt you from jet-sking, snorkelling to paragliding!

A 10 min drive away is Elviria with its many bars/restaurants and the world famous Nikki Beach which is an exclusive beach club open to the public and is frequented by many celebrities.
