Mijas Costa is at the heart of the Sunny Costa del Sol. Sun, Sea, Tennis, Golf, Horse-riding, Horse-racing, superb countryside, Blue Flag beaches and the best climate in Europe make this the perfect spot for a perfect holiday. We have excellent restaurants with superb food and more importantly prices everyone can afford, there are no fancy prices in Mijas Costa and you get a warm welcome especially with children. Mijas Costa has six miles of some of Spain's finest beaches running from Fuengirola to Marbella. This is the perfect quiet holiday spot for sun worshipers being well away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. Mijas Costa is a residential area with superb restaurants and the sort of good night life families enjoy and teenage rowdies hate. For golfers this area has the lot with some of the best courses in Europe with Valdarama being World famous. Mijas Costa is 25 miles from Malaga airport, 10 from Marbella, 6 to Fuengirola and an easy fifty to Tax Free Gibraltar, yet a world away from package holiday resorts. To reach the main resort area is less than a 5 minute drive from the apartment where you will find the beautiful beach area, numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks etc. There are some excellent beach bars in Riviera serving the "catch of the day" and are a lovely and inexpensive place to relax and while away the afternoon. In the area within 10 minutes drive are the following courses : Santana, La Cala, Miraflores, La Noria and Rio Real, Santa Maria, Torrequebrada within 20 minutes. For the family we have Water Parks, Zoo, Theme Parks, Sea Life Centre, Horseriding, Horseracing, Go-karting, Water sports all in the area and within easy reaching distance.
